1 cup toasted pecans chopped
16 ozs cream cheese softened
4 ozs blue cheese
1 cup soft fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 tablespoon butter melted
Process cheeses in food processor until smooth. Add pecans. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 qt. shallow baking dish.
Combine breadcrumbs, parsley and melted butter. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm with melba rounds, apple slices or pear slices.
